Conceptual biological and material systems meeting at an engineered molecular interface

01 / Technology

From Scientific Capability to Working Technology.

Enviraxyme translates advanced scientific capabilities into technology platforms for resource recovery.

Our role is to integrate complementary technologies, validate how they work together and develop pathways from scientific opportunity toward practical application.

Science gives us the possibility.

Technology integration makes it usable.

Translation moves it toward application.

02 / The technology platform

Integration Is the Technology.

Enviraxyme works at the interface of complementary scientific and technological capabilities rather than treating any single technology as the solution.

We integrate and translate these capabilities into configurations designed around defined resource-recovery challenges.

01

Biological Systems

Enzyme-enabled biological transformation and selective molecular conversion.

02

Material Systems

Nanomaterials and material interfaces designed to support interaction, stability, separation or recovery.

03

Technology Integration

Combining biological and material capabilities into functional technology configurations.

04

Process Translation

Moving validated technology configurations toward practical process concepts and meaningful scale.

03 / How we translate science

Where Science Becomes Technology.

01

Scientific Opportunity

Identify a promising scientific capability relevant to a resource-recovery challenge.

02

Technology Integration

Bring complementary biological, material and process capabilities together.

03

Functional Validation

Test whether the integrated technology performs the intended function.

04

Application Development

Develop the technology around a defined resource-recovery challenge.

05

Process Translation

Develop the pathway toward practical implementation and meaningful scale.

04 / Lead technology programme

01 / PET Circularity

Breaking PET Back Into Its Building Blocks.

Enviraxyme is developing an enzyme–nanomaterial technology platform for PET depolymerisation, with the objective of recovering useful molecular building blocks from PET waste.

Recovered Building Blocks

The programme is focused on translating an integrated technology concept toward functional validation and practical application. Recovered building blocks may include terephthalic acid (TPA) and ethylene glycol (EG). Commercial readiness is not implied.

05 / Emerging technology direction

02 / Materials Recovery

The Same Translation Principle Can Address Other Resource Challenges.

Enviraxyme is also exploring technology pathways for the recovery of valuable materials from complex resource streams.

Materials recovery, including rare-earth-element recovery, is an emerging research direction at an earlier stage of maturity than the PET programme.

06 / From technology to process

Technology Must Work Beyond the Experiment.

Scientific performance is only one part of translation. Enviraxyme works toward integrating validated technology into process concepts that can ultimately operate at meaningful scale.

07 / The translation layer

Enviraxyme Sits Between Science and Application.

Scientific capabilities can exist across institutions, disciplines and technology partners. Enviraxyme brings complementary capabilities together around defined resource-recovery challenges.
